I like how easily you can use this software to organize your business information (customers/employees). It's easy enough so anyone in our office with little computer experience could figure it out quickly! I like that it's easy to use and customize. It's also very efficient. The only thing I dislike about this software is that sometimes when you're trying to do something, it will get stuck or freeze up for a while. This happens less than with other software I've used, but still happens. It's not a huge deal because it usually just takes a few seconds to fix.
