The best suede. in Tools and Equipment

Genuine suede doesn't stand a chance against synthetic ones. The absolute best way to dry your cars and windows. A note: Suede gets better the more it is used. Mine lasted 10 years, great product.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Very Expensive

SM the best in Chamois

SM Arnold Water Sprite is the best synthetic fabric for drying, period. I've tried others and bought the ones they always sell at dealerships and the SM Arnold outperforms them by a factor of ten. I stopped spending money on other brands.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • No auto

The best car drying product I have ever used, HANDS DOWN!

The absolute BEST cloth you will buy to dry/polish your car after washing! It soaks up every drop of water and leaves a brilliant shine (unless your car's finish is dead lol). I used them for years and when my mom threw mine away (what?) I panicked until I found them on Amazon. My local stores don't sell them anymore. I just can't say enough good things about this stuff.

Pros
  • Heavy duty construction
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Best Suede Made at a reasonable price

This is the best suede I have found. They need about 5 car washes to "break in" and then they do a great job. One of the biggest surprises is that they are HUGE! My old suede was half the size. In fact, you could cut the 7 sq ft version in half and still get a decent suede. Real fur material, not worthless plastic. I will only be buying Water Sprite Suede now and have ordered 9 more for work (sweepers).

Pros
  • Excellent Construction
Cons
  • Updates

Not as effective as the smaller Water Sprite towels

I have purchased several Water Sprite towels, all significantly smaller than this one. I assumed this one would be made of a similar material, but it isn't. The material is a rubbery material that does not dry as efficiently as the smaller Water Sprite fabrics, which "roll up" and become more absorbent after a few uses. This rubbery texture is similar to the cheaper products you can buy at Wal-Mart and other auto stores. Retains water well but does not leave the surface as dry as the smaller…

  • Decent performance

BEST anti scratch drying towel

I have been using these to dry and finish my Pontiac G8 GT synthetic wax since I bought it in 2009. I'm a little over 6 months old, that's when I wash the car at least 2 times a week. I wash them along with my microfiber towels about every two months (I have enough towels to last that long before they all need cleaning). With such loads, I use chemical cleaning agents for microfiber. After 6 months, they still dry the car well, they just begin to deteriorate a little, forming small balls on the

Do not use on good paint.

absorbs water but no more. I've tried using it with tapping motions and it's terrible for that method. It works decently as long as you apply it to paint and aren't worried about scratching the clear coat or running the machine through whizzing sandpaper then it's a very good product. If you have new paint or want your paint to be in good condition, then you don't want to use it. Living in Southern California, I wash my car once a week and spray it on my commute midweek to protect the paintwork

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Doubtful
