However, the ladder may be a bit heavy to carry around, but this is understandable for such a sturdy product..

The item was damaged on delivery. We tried to return some products, but the "Print return label" button kept popping up on the screen, preventing the labels from printing. Items are now missing a return date. We tried it on different computers and also logged in and out, but it didn't help. We would be grateful if this could be corrected. Many Thanks.
