This is a traditional style and matches my brass doorknobs. There are not many brass door hooks. It is well constructed and very durable. I use it on my closet door when I have visitors and my closet is full. I didn't want anyone to see the mess in my closet. It's also great if you have a guest and need extra space to hang a bath towel, either in the bathroom or in the guest room. This has had many uses. A very good buy.

This hook is great! It is very durable and sticks perfectly to the door. The hook itself is large enough to handle many items. In fact, I'll probably use them to put up a garland for Christmas. The only downside is the fact that the white ones I wanted cost a lot more than the brass ones, so I went with the brass ones. It wouldn't be so bad if the hooks were matte or antique gold. The brass hooks are great value for money and I have already ordered three more to use for decoration etc.

Matches all the shiny brass door handles on our doors and looks great with all our gold and silver Moen taps in one of our bathrooms too! Looks solid and has a small round hole at the top to attach the door hook to the door with a screw to keep it from moving and scraping the paint off the bathroom door. (However, there is no screw in the package.) The ability to mount the door hook with a screw is a BIG plus, many other types of door hooks will move over time and scratch the paint on the doors
