So love/hate this mount, love how easy it is to mount, it's strong and holds my 27 inch -Monitor stand fully It is adjustable and twists and turns, but it is not smooth when adjusted up and down. My only complaint is that I adjust it up and down a lot. Although for the price it's something you should accept. though I've seen a lot worse guns.

First thing I have to say is that I think I made the same mistake as everyone else! The mount isn't vertical or close, I think one of the pictures is misleading, it lays as flat as possible against the wall and rotates fully left or right. My advice is to install the monitor AFTER it is mounted on the wall. Very easy to install and very easy to move from side to side. You need to loosen the screws to adjust the height. However, for my use I just need some sort of lateral movement that handles it well.
