Order 1 size bigger

This is one of the best knee sleeves I have used. However, I recommend that whatever your measurement may be, order one size bigger. I am a true medium size user but the medium size for this sleeve has a very strong elastic band at the top of the sleeve and it left a deep impression on my upper thigh and after a few days of use, (I use the sleeve pretty much all day) it would start to itch. Overall, its a great sleeve, it gives great support and stability. Sleeves usually last me about 6 months

  • The durability is not as expected...I use it all the time and find that it's wearing out fast

Great for under 25 bucks, but order a size up!

This knee brace is awesome! It is inexpensive and works so much better than the padded stabilizer I was given at the hospital! I am of short stature, but I ordered an XXL (yes, 2 XXs). I have rugby legs LOLTake your thigh measurements and add a size because it will be much more comfortable to wear. The knee brace is breathable, so it won't smell so much over time. Sizing questionable?

I started running on Jan. 1st of this year & started training to run a 1/2 marathon back in the summer. The week before the 1/2 marathon I went out for just a 6.5 mile run & the next day my knee was in all sorts of pain. I have a patella that slips out of place a couple times of year (when I am sleeping of all things) but my knee has never bothered me running until this time. Gives great support to the knee. Care instructions are a bit of a bother - no laundry, hand rinse/air dry The brace may make it difficult to bend the knee fully.

Worked great for my teen daughter

My daughter had rods placed in her tibia and femur and they entered through the knee. She’s starting to phase out the crutches but her knee hurts and grinds. She said this helps support it and helps a lot with the pain

More than I needed I guess.

Seem to run small and tight. It certainly helps but I can’t wear it all day, like at work for example. I have worn it successfully working in the yard for hours at a time. Not sure I need quite that much support and stability.

My mom is able to walk freely

My mom asked me too find her a knee brace that would allow her to walk and stand for a long period of time. This brace does just that. She has told me she's able to walk and stand at her work freely without feeling too much pain. Her previous knee brace was not supportive enough for her.The brace is easy to put on and stays in place as long as you select the correct size.
