Nellie's Wow Mop: Cordless, Light-Weight, and Rechargeable Cleaning Powerhouse Review

This has been a very useful product for me as I have neck and back pain. OR AT LEAST I THOUGHT THAT! After two uses on hardwood floors it started rattling and now it won't even turn on! I am coming back and am very skeptical about buying through "Nelliesclean.com" even for the second time. Obviously the engine needs some work! Too expensive to possibly not be able to come back a second time!

the mop is terrible. Worked 3 months, the sprayer is constantly clogged and some genius decided to place a socket next to the sprayer for charging from the mains. Even with the rubber cap on, it still leaked and melted the charging port. Also, the controls on the handle are wireless and powered by a small battery that died and never worked again even after the replacement.
