Perfect juicer for fruit and vegetable tools

I've always wanted a juicer to use in bars and restaurants. This one is perfect. Makes juicing easier. We mainly use it for lemons and limes or small oranges. It's a grapefruit, but first you have to cut the grapefruit into thirds or quarters as it's technically too small to squeeze the juice out of half. Easy to clean, just wipe the part that goes down to put pressure on the fruit. This part is not removable and can get a bit messy if you forget to wipe it down after juicing. I would highlyโ€ฆ

Worth the extra investment

Used Chef'n Citrus Juicer for a while to make tiki juice. They worked well for juicing some fruit, but not so well when juicing for parties. I didn't want anything electric so it could be used anywhere, anytime and quietly. The Nemco was more expensive than many of the other models, but felt more reliable, was more technically advanced, and was made in the USA. Very glad I made the investment. Extremely durable, very easy to care for and makes juicing large quantities of fruit extremelyโ€ฆ

Manufacturing issue / Loose strainer & body

Bought and now returned 2 different Nemco (55850) Easy Juicers from. The hole that "seals" the filter housing is too big on both juicers I received. (See attached image) This causes the strainer and its housing to come out of the lower chamber every time I release pressure on the device's lever. I have to hold it with my hand to steady it because the filter and case won't stay in place. This is a real problem when juicing more than one citrus! This is a quality control/manufacturing issue thatโ€ฆ

A little pricey but worth it.

Built like a fortress, should serve for years! Smaller grapefruits are needed, otherwise they should be the third. Gets all the juice and tastes delicious! You'll need to clean the strainer every 4-5 halves of orange or grapefruit if you're squeezing as hard as I do, but then I take the pulp that's squeezed through the holes and add it to the juice because it's very tender and melts in your mouth without chewing ! Refrigerator. Trust me you will drink it long before it goes bad. A tall glassโ€ฆ

That's exactly what I wanted!

This summer we were at the fair and there was a Fresh Lemonade stand. The guy squeezed fresh lemons and made lemonade. He had a powerful manual juicer and it seemed to work great. I wanted one for squeezing lime juice for a fresh margarita, orange juice for the kids, etc. I checked out the heavy duty manual juicers on Revain but most of them are painted white or black, with good but often mixed reviews. . . Then I came across the Nemco N55850 Easy Juicer. Everything in aluminum and stainlessโ€ฆ

You get what you pay for

I used to buy a black Chinese juicer for $90 and the whole thing bent quite a bit when pressed, the screws often came loose and the strainer didn't fit . Press Cup is very good. This old one is also rated well by Revain, so give it some thought. It doesn't have any of those issues, and because the cup fits perfectly on the strainer, the Nemco squeezer squeezes out a lot more juice, probably 50% more. The Chinese also squeezed citrus fruits in a fun way: if you squeeze too hard, the oil willโ€ฆ

Simply the best, Made in the USA

I own a lot of citrus juicers, both manual and electric. The electric juicers I have, like the Breville and Hurom, have a push handle and are nice and easy to use, but both have serious design flaws where the top cup meets the handle. I don't think they will last long as the joints are plastic. I feel like I have to be very careful with them to not break them up and worry about the rest of the family who aren't as aware. As for those two, I prefer the Hurom, the Breville is way overpriced in my

The best juice from the best tool

I'm new. I used to buy super premium juice and squeeze in an orange or two with an old fashioned glass juicer. That's great, by the way. But if the whole glass is filled with freshly squeezed (9 hours ago) juice. it is spectacular. Be sure to sit down. Nemco is exactly what I was hoping for. It looks like it will last for generations. Simple elegant design. It works. It makes my juice pretty quick. I ended up with commercial juice. Orange juice. Valence is really better. small less expensive. I
