These were good quality and easy to clean. However, please measure your nipples before you buy. This size is not common, it is for very small nipples. I bought it and did not work for me, but that was my mistake. As far as the product goes, it works as stated.

Very good price,and they fit perfect as a replacement (I needed a smaller size flange than what came with my Lansinoh handpump,but there is definitely less suction than the original ones.)

Love I can get a 19mm flange that fits MEDELA for $10! Finally! I used 21mm medela flex fit ones and it was too large for my right one. This is perfect. Seemed significantly smaller than the 21mm but I'm incredibly happy I could get just the flanges at an affordable price.

I canceled the order because it is not compatible with mosts pumps. It is litteraly only compatable with its own stuff. Not sure why they are still asking for a review.

Really appreciate a low cost flange! The nipple size is great, just wish the areola part was bigger. I'm a 42DD with large areolas and tiny nipples, while the nipple fits it easily slides around on my breast, just not quite the right shape for me. Also I lose a bit when I pull off, because there is no lip on the edge to catch. Overall I'm happy with the product.

These flanges fit perfectly in my Lansinoh Smart Pump 2.0 parts and make pumping much more comfortable and efficient. That's my review.

Does as it is advertised and works great with my Lansinoh pump. Just do yourself a favor and measure yourself so you know for sure what your size is! These are inexpensive and well made and provide a better pumping experience with more milk production. Two come in a box so only buy one !

Love that they’re compatible with lansinoh pumps! Only downside is that they’re hard plastic, so if you’re wearing a pumping bra and have larger breast’s, you have the chance of pinching your tissue between the hard plastic and bra. Other than that great product, glad I found them!

It is wonderful to have a breast pump flange that fits right! It feels sooo different and comfortable. The pump is much more efficient and I will not have giant nipples after pumping.

having the right size flange is so important when pumping. after switching to these smaller ones I no longer have pain, and have such a higher output!

These work perfectly with my Lansinoh pump, for my size. Without this product, I wouldn’t be able to pump at all, so I appreciate them making this for those of us with smaller breasts.

It initially fit the Lanisoh pump that I have but started leaking some milk from it the last 2 days. Not sure if the one I got was just defective. I might have to try another size to see if I ordered the right one.

I love these flanges--Lansinoh needs to make smaller flange sizes! They fit great and have held up to daily use. I've had good luck with Nenesupply products and I'm glad they exist.

the 17mm size fits perfect! i just wish the flange part was a bit bigger, or to have like a softer or flex edging. especially having a bigger chest, it kind of digs into me a bit while pumping. thankful though that it was compatible with my lansinoh pump as they don't offer this size!
