Accurate, easy to read

Comes with a black case and drawing but I'm throwing it away and each component came in a plastic bag. Store the oil and protect it from rust. The caliper is very accurate and easy to read and use. The thumb roll works well but wobbles a lot due to the tiny shaft connecting the rolls. work will be very. All in all, this is a very accurate and enjoyable instrument.

Repeats measurements good mechanism

This vernier was received in excellent condition; in a hard plastic case, a tool in a transparent package and an additional battery. Vernier has metric, English, and fractional scales. I was impressed by the accuracy and repeatability of the measurements in the metric and English scales (I tried just seeing the fraction and it repeats well too, I just don't use it often). When buying tools for everyday use, I follow the 80/20 rule: you can usually find a tool that is 80% powerful for 20% powerful . Price. For digital calipers, this is just the thing.
