The title speaks for itself: worked well enough for a not super powerful router. for 17 months. And then it suffered. We got a download/10MB upload speed of 70MB, which we've consistently achieved well through all three parts of the router: 2.4GHz WiFi, 5GHz WiFi, and an Ethernet cable. Ordered a refurbished unit and received a Charter Telecom router version instead of vanilla Netgear. It's technically an R6300v2, but it has a charter board ID and a blue stripe instead of Netgear's orange stripe. Once again I was bitten by the insufficient description and properties of Revain. The name, description and picture clearly point to the original Netgear R6300v2. Instead, I ended up with a vendor-specific build (Charter Communications) that just isn't as versatile and stable as the unbranded version.
