I love these shoes. I needed an inexpensive HIIT style training shoe that would protect my feet and ankles and do the job perfectly. These aren't the most stylish shoes, I bought white ones and they are the brightest white ones I've ever seen. But I don't care what I use them for. I went up a half size based on the reviews and could easily go up a full size. I wear very thin socks and I think I can stretch them, but if I had to order again I would take a full size.
