I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 with some sort of plant fasciitis insert. I bought 8.5, they are suitable for thinner socks. If you're in between, I'd pick 9. It's a tight shoe, but it's so beautiful! I love the look and the colors!

are so small and the toe box is so narrow unlike any New Balance shoe I've had in the past. There is no space for an individual deposit. The back part of the boot is so high that you have to bend down to put it on, which makes it difficult to put on. I also have to pull the legs through the back of the shoe. Unlike the sole that looks thick from the outside, there is very little cushioning underfoot on the inside, which is very disappointing for a trail running shoe.

I try to find wide shoes that I like, I'm tired of wearing shoes that are two sizes too big for my width. They just fit, not as wide as I like, but they work. It's hard to tell if the sizing is correct as I have the new scales 6.5, 7, 7.5 and 8 that fit the same. But these are average values, so maybe they are the most correct?
