I've been looking for something like this set for a long time. When mixing a dry ingredient supplement, I need consistency and I get it with them. I use the two smallest ones the most. This is a very light, cheap looking metal. The measurements are carried out with a kind of hobby press. As someone else pointed out, not all of them are accurate in terms of measurement. The edges are rough - as if stamped out of metal and not polished at all (they are quite sharp on the edges of the handles, it is not comfortable to hold in hands). I was looking for 1/16 and 1/32 spoons. but was only able to find the ones shown as this item, with only a "slight" "drip" which was incredibly frustrating. I ended up ordering these at the best price and through Prime as there are other almost identical items if you look around. I figured I could just engrave or paint a number on the metal once I got it. BUT I just received them and as you can see from my photos the spoons have measurement numbers listed along with the word! I bought a set of 6 New Star Foodservice 43112 stainless steel scoops (note there are multiple purchasing options and this review is for 43112 spoons). I love her! I've always used cheap aluminum spoons which are more oval and flatter and always seem to warp in the chute as the handles are short and you don't see them inserting them.
