If liquid is spilled near the zipper all bets are off and they don't work as you can see from the coffee stain on my new pillow. And when my cat knocked over the coffee, we grabbed the pillow and it took less than 3 seconds to clean. So you can see it's been leaked quite a bit. They're also not super soft or quiet. I roll and sleep. So it crackles with every movement in my ear.

I gave it 4 stars because I can't tell how well they stand up to use as I use them for myself Bought guest bedroom bedroom and we don't get many overnight guests. This might take a while. I ordered a 4 pack Queen and am very happy with my purchase. Arrived nicely folded and packaged. The pillowcases are terry cloth on the outside (photo 1) and more plastic on the inside (photo 2) (I assume that's "waterproof"). They have good strong zippers as they protect the cushions (Photo 3). This is not a hidden zipper. The terry cloth on the outside isn't the softest, so be sure to put a pillowcase over it. I had no reason to test the water resistance, so I can't speak to its nature. As…
