Great Software for Tracking Freight Transactions

The system is very user friendly because it has an easy interface that allows you as a driver or dispatcher to have access all of your information in one place at any given moment. It also provides excellent customer service with quick responses when needed. I can't think about anything really bad there but maybe that some features need improvement. This software works well if you are looking into having full control over everything which makes this program so great! Easy tracking of freight…

Love using Smartpost - Helps keep shipments moving

I like that it is able help you find out where your shipment will be going before leaving home or work! It also has great customer service when they are not available through Live Chat which can get frustrating at times but overall good experience with them so far. Nothing really dislike about this program!! You have all of shipping options in one place now instead having 3 different programs (2 domestic carriers plus Fedex). Now if only we could combine our tracking information into 1 site as

Excellent Cargo Delivery Service!: Nippon Express

I like that this service is available 24/7 365 days of year! It's convenient because your shipment will be delivered at any point in time - so if you need it now (or want) just let them know what day works best for you as well!! The customer support team can sometimes take several minutes or hours before responding back with an answer but once they do respond, their answers are quick and clear without needing clarification multiple times.
