I like that this service is available 24/7 365 days of year! It's convenient because your shipment will be delivered at any point in time - so if you need it now (or want) just let them know what day works best for you as well!! The customer support team can sometimes take several minutes or hours before responding back with an answer but once they do respond, their answers are quick and clear without needing clarification multiple times. That being said, our shipments have been timely throughout all seasons including winter months when other carriers cannot deliver due to weather conditions. This has made scheduling my shipments much easier compared to using alternative services which tend not to work during these colder seasons. We use this service primarily to ship items around the world via air freight however we also utilize ocean shipping options occasionally. I like that it is very easy to navigate through their website as there are many different features available in order to help with any of our needs! There isn't anything really negative about this program at all but if you have an issue or question please contact support directly via email they will respond quickly and efficiently!! We used them when we were moving freight between two locations within one facility so having everything centralized was helpful!
