🔧 Nitze Stinger Handle Universal Top Handle Grip with Quick-Release NATO Clamp - Model PA28-A Review

The abundance of 3/8" threads with dowel pins is amazing, allowing you to use accessories that won't come loose at the worst possible moment. and the finger grooves are comfortable and help improve grip on smooth aluminum I just wish it wasn't that heavy because it adds a lot of weight to the rig.

One of the best cage handle designs. The nato rail at the top allows me to quickly attach and detach the monitor, making it easy to set up and take down when taking pictures. The cage bracket can be unscrewed quickly as the handle is equipped with a hex screw that can be inserted into the screw to tighten and loosen as needed.

The Nitze Stinger Handle Top Handle Grip is a great mount for any camera, but I particularly like using it with my BlackMagic Pocket Cinema Camera. I can mount the mic and light anywhere on the top mount using the included nato mount. There are multiple 1/4-20" and 3/8" attachment points around the handle. Hand molding is also very convenient.

I have to say this grip is great! I did a lot of research and decided to try this Nitze upper grip based on the design features and positive reviews. At first I was nervous about the price but I have to say this is one of the best things I've ordered in a long time. Absolutely NO regrets! It is built like a tank and light in weight. But I prefer the extra weight and in my hands it's amazing. Buy this pen! You will not regret it.

I decided to order a Nitze pen because I heard good things about it. After studying alone and looking at the pictures, I was hooked. This grip is designed with multiple 1/4-20 holes for attaching various hardware. It also has 10 ARRI mounting holes making this grip very useful. Also, it features a quick release safety bar so you can quickly attach and detach the handle. If you doubt this pen, I can tell you that it is very comfortable to hold. I highly recommend the Nitze pen for your camera.

Out of the box, the pen looked like it was well made. It's a little heavier, which gave me confidence that expensive cameras and accessories that I attach to it will fit. The NATO clamp had a well-designed quick-release mechanism that firmly connected to the included rail. Convenient and durable. I prefer wood because metal is pretty cold in Sydney in winter. Hands down is the most comfortable grip I've ever tried because it's quite thick and those big ribs help keep it secure. My index finger hits the locking mechanism on the grip, which is a bit annoying, but the clearance is smaller than my previous pen, so I'll get used to it. I really like this top grip. This is a huge upgrade from the cheap version I used before! This from Nitze is shapely and ergonomic, so that it adapts perfectly to the human body.
