Table measures approximately 11.5 inches when assembled. It's a bit tall to use as a lap table (like we planned). Fortunately, the legs can be trimmed; The plastic shoes on the ends of the legs slide off, and the four legs can be unscrewed from the main table, cut, and then screwed back on.
