Great product but doesn't fit many mini towers with 115X socket.

Everything is impressive. Beautifully designed, finished and packaged; but I can't install it in any of my Dell mini towers with socket 115X because the instructions are written to suggest the wrong backplate on the motherboard. The instructions show a smaller backplate whose only function is to install the CPU bracket. THIS backplate REALLY leaves the holes you want. But THIS IS NOT the back cover used on many Dell mini towers like 9020, 7020, 790 etc. The same applies to other tower models…

It fits on a pre fitted HP Omen i7800 2080 and works great.

I bought this CPU cooler after seeing great reviews on Noctua products and using it for 5 days. I can say it works and under normal conditions the GPU is cooled to 38C, and the CPU up to 45C at the time of writing this review. The GPU runs and never goes above 85C which is a healthy temperature , and the CPU temp is around 60C. When both hit 80C earlier and the GPU went up to 86C+, I basically gave up on MeMyselfAndI also have a 92mm rear vent (Noctua Chroma) and a 120mm fan with top inlet…

I've been a Noctua fan for years. A fan I bought from another manufacturer fell apart within a year. I have never had a broken Noctua fan and have been using them for 5 years now. As you can see from the attached image I have LOTS of fans in this build: 9 if you count two in this kit. . I didn't use noise limiter buttons as I want this build to run at its best. What other fans do I need? I've been craving Chromax fans (it would be an epic build with them), but they're as rare as hen's teeth and

Cool and Quiet Wins the Race

Although I've been building systems for several years, this was my first installation of a custom cooler. I usually use standard Intel cooling solutions, which usually work fine without overclocking. Since the i5-9600k doesn't come with a cooler, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and buy a third-party cooler. After reading many reviews I chose this Noctua solution. The main factors that influenced my decision: 1) Air cooler. 2) A fan. 3) Small profile so I don't have to worry about the…
