Winter is getting cold for our 9 lb Maltese. It's perfect for adding some warmth. It closes nicely. The zipper is of excellent quality and never bothers. It was a problem when his hair was a bit long, but the zipper helps keep the hair out so it doesn't get caught. I ordered his size and he was pretty much accurate. I was afraid he might outgrow it before he started using it. We ordered a small one.

I really like this coat for my chihuahua as she loves it too. Disappointed that I can't write anything other than a review for the seller. On the second day of wearing the coat, every now and then the zipper handle will come loose, put back on, and so on. I don't want to go back and wait for a new one or it'll snow already. Also, I would think a zippered handle would be better. Everything is well made except the zipper handle is very cheap.

I loved the first red coat I got. I ordered an XL and it was a bit large for my 12 lb Chihuahua mix, but it was good because I could wear a sweater underneath for extra warmth.
