Not made in USA

After extensive research into where the products were manufactured, I purchased this product precisely because it was made in the USA. When I received the item I noticed that it was made in China. Very misleading, will not buy from this company again. At the very least, you should update your products to reflect accurate information.

Pros
  • Also great for sautéing onions or storing garlic between uses!
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Great Garlic Roaster

Used for the first time today, everything works perfectly. I cooked two regular sized garlic cloves in it at once and they came out perfectly. One thing I didn't explain well in the description and reviews is that you have to soak the lid in water for 10 minutes before you start. I cooked them at 325 for 1:10 and they could probably cook a little longer but they all still looked good and nothing burned.

Pros
  • Glazed interior base for easy cleaning.
Cons
  • Coefficient set

Frosting bubbled on one of the pots

love garlic. Best to roast. This little roaster is actually not that small. Holds a lot of garlic. I thought it would be less, but that's ok, it just means more roasting of the garlic. The instructions say not to soak them in water, but most recipes will tell you to soak the terracotta in water before baking for an hour. There were bubbles on one of the icing pieces, which was a quality issue, does not affect performance, only appearance. so one star less

Pros
  • Season, roast and serve freshly roasted garlic with this unique and easy-to-use garlic press. Roast several cloves of garlic at once!
Cons
  • protection

Great Garlic Roaster

I tried cooking a whole clove of garlic and then squeezing out the cloves, but then I tried just tossing the freshly peeled cloves into the fryer along with the butter bits and some soy sauce. Baked for an hour and a half at 350 degrees, they are perfect. I really like this roaster and will be buying a few for gifts for family and friends. By the way, cleaning was easy and both parts were cleaned in just a few minutes. This roaster is big enough to hold a lot of garlic and I would recommend it…

Pros
  • Made from durable natural terracotta and has an attractive garlic shaped handle for a comfortable grip.
Cons
  • Big and Bulky

Not sure why flavor is listed as a category.

I have bought this little gem several times and looked through it several times. I discovered the beauty of roasted garlic about 8 years ago from my vegan/lactose intolerant/organic/non-GMO/gluten-free friend. Since then I have become a resident of black Gordinia Ramsey. I roast garlic in this little one twice a week. I've found that the perfect consistency is achieved if you fry it face down in oil and spices for 15 minutes (lehr set to 375), turn it upside down, brush with another batch of…

Pros
  • The lid has holes for steam to escape.
Cons
  • Communication with the seller
