🥄 Norpro 8-Piece Stainless Steel Measuring Spoon Set - Accurate Measurements in Metallic Finish Review

I am so surprised to read reviews that say they are not true. I almost didn't buy them, except that others said they were. I have two plastic sets that I want to get rid of. I have compared this kit to theirs and all 3 give accurate measurements. There are also two tiny shot glasses with markings, and again the measurements are accurate. I love this little set. This shape is much better than the round shape for hitting tight cans and the heavier weight is quite comfortable.

I ordered a set for my daughters and one for me. They arrived today and both sets have damage to the edges of the spoons. The center of the spoons in both sets have a dent and metal infill on the front of the spoon, and the edges of most spoons have beveled edges with brush marks. I don't know if it has to do with mold or metal but I'll be showing both sets to my daughter to see if she wants one and I'll definitely be sending mine back at the very least. If they come in like that, I don't think

These spoons are great. They are well made and durable. However, I didn't have 1/4 teaspoon, but had two 1/8 teaspoons each. I use a 1/4 teaspoon measure each day for my morning herbal drink and was very disappointed when I went to use these measures and couldn't find a 1/4 teaspoon. Also, smaller spoons (1/16, 1/32, etc.) were poorly marked and difficult to read. I saw other reviews on here that had the same issue. I may not measure spices often (but my daughter does), but when I came across this set of slim spice measuring sticks that fit in these small, slim spice jars, I was intrigued. When I discovered that this set also included Dash (1/16th teaspoon), Pinch (1/32nd teaspoon) and Smidgen (1/64th teaspoon) I was completely SOLD! Good quality spoon. I think they work well in some situations but not so well in others. The long rectangular shape of large spoons makes it difficult to pour into small containers. It would also be nice if the spoon sizes were more visible on the handle. Its size is similar to other inscriptions and it is small, making it difficult to decipher.
