Dissatisfied. upset.

I had to replace my old coffee grinder (an older version of this model) because after over 20 YEARS one of the parts holding the lid has finally aged. Worst day of my life ๐Ÿ˜ญ I discovered what appeared to be just a newer version, it's a completely different car and NOT for the better. But that's all I have I guess. Still grinds very well. but so many small problems. No expansion to increase capacity (I glued mine to the old one and loved how I could load and drain it) so I have to stay rightโ€ฆ

UPDATE 9/10/2016 Company contacted about a problem with the lid (see below). They said it was NOT typical and sent me another one that opens and closes quite easily. So I've raised my rating from two to four stars. The other issues I have with it remain, but as far as the grain mills available, it's pretty reliable. In addition, the customer service is second to none. I've been using this grinder for about fifteen months. I also have a Wonder Junior Deluxe hand mill. I bought these becauseโ€ฆ
