Feels fantastic for my opinion

These are so comfortable! They feel FANTASTIC on. My wife loves them. She says she didn't realize what she was missing! They are like a hug for your leg, but they don't overcompress the foot or toes - so no soreness. They look really great, too. Durable, well-made and true to size.

Pros
  • The NuVein 15-20 MmHg Medical Compression Socks provide support and relief for a wide range of leg and foot conditions, including edema, spider veins, and varicose veins
Cons
  • The sock may cause sweating and discomfort for individuals who have sweaty feet or are prone to foot odor

Comfortable material.

The mid-calf crew length L & XL come up to my knees on my 5'2" frame.I am a 6.5 shoe, both the L & XL is several inches too long in front of the toes (as feared/predicted) but a nice fit on my 16-inch calves. The circumference guide is great for fitting the ankle and calf area. just wish my ankle and calf were more "standard" sized compared to my foot.Overall, I love the cushioning under my feet, I love the crew sock look/feel of the material, and the fit from the ankle up over my calf, just…

Pros
  • Socks are fine. Fit well. Have adequate compression. Would purchase again.
Cons
  • The compression may be too tight for individuals with sensitive skin, causing discomfort and irritation

Comfortable and Well-Made

Good sock. It's not overly tight, but still works. It's medium weight, so no problem with shoes either. It seems to hold up well with washing, too. I am 6'2" and wear a size 11 shoe. I tried an extra large and they fit well, coming up just beyond midcalf.

Pros
  • Medical Supplies & Equipment
Cons
  • The white color may not be appealing to individuals with darker skin tones, limiting the inclusivity of the product

Extra padding in arch, heel, & toes!

These have enough stretch to fit as directed. Measure your legs as recommended and these fit spot on. They are ultra comfortable and have re-inforced and extra padding on the toes, heels and arches. ALL the places needed. I washed / dried on gentle and had no shrinking. If you are on your feet all day these really help.

Pros
  • Medical grade performance in an athletic design protects sensitive tissue; Shock absorbing plush knit
Cons
  • The sock may be difficult to put on for individuals with limited mobility or dexterity

damn, they work best in my review

First, I never used compression socks before.so, for those experienced users, my review might be weak.My friend wears them, and they cost about $80 each.so at this price point, I was not expecting much. But gosh was I surprised.sure, a PITA to get them on.but once on, you feel em.but after mid day, u forget.then u notice, after standing for 10 hrs, your feet and calves do NOT ache like before.was blown away by this.did not even realize I needed them. for days when i must stand all day, I will be

Pros
  • Socks
Cons
  • The sock may not provide sufficient compression throughout the entire length of the leg, limiting its effectiveness

smaller than expected

These socks are supposed to be extra large, but they are not big enough for my family member with men's size 12 wide feet. I wear a women's size 7.5 and I wore them around the house in order to review them. They definitely were a bit big, but not overly loose. The compression felt good, but the fabric is not that comfortable.

Pros
  • Health & Household
Cons
  • The compression may be too strong for individuals with lower circulation issues, causing more harm than good

A nice pair of compression socks

For those times when you don't need a full calf-lengths sock. They stay up. They provide moderate compression, and they don't look like medical accessories. I'm very happy with these socks

Pros
  • Finally, by promoting healthy circulation and reducing the risk of blood clots, the NuVein 15-20 MmHg Medical Compression Socks offer an essential solution for anyone looking to maintain comfortable and healthy leg and foot function
Cons
  • The white color may not be practical for individuals who work in jobs where their socks may get dirty easily, compromising the appearance of the socks

They fit well and are as described.

I did a fair amount of product review and I bought these and the TruForm socks. They seem similar and fit similarly. I think I like the TruForm slightly better, but I can't really say why (they may stay up a little better).

Pros
  • Medical Compression Garments
Cons
  • The sock is not suitable for individuals with latex allergies as it contains latex fibers

Another great NuVein sock!

My brother (who is about 25 lbs overweight) always uses compression socks to assist him with leg pain. When I received these I had him try them (as I felt he is an expert in what a good compression sock should do). Directly from him, he told me these are some of the best socks he has tried. They hug his calves snuggly (but not to the point of being uncomfortable or cutting off his circulation). They are quality made, having been washed several times they still look like new). He highly…

Pros
  • The padded foot cushioning of the NuVein 15-20 MmHg Medical Compression Socks provides superior comfort and shock absorption, reducing foot fatigue and pain, even after long periods of wear
Cons
  • The compression may cause the sock to roll down or bunch up, affecting its effectiveness and overall comfort

Good for daily use.

My husband had a severe trifecta break in his ankle two years ago and still has issues with swelling. At doctor's recommendation he has tried compression socks, actually from several different companies. These were the least difficult to get on. However, they did nothing but cause swelling on side that hadn't been an issue before. This may have more to do with his injury than the socks themselves. The nice thing is they only go up shin high, not knee high, and didn't squeeze the heck out of his

Pros
  • As described, works great
Cons
  • Mid-calf length may not provide enough coverage for individuals with higher leg swelling or circulation issues
