They can be sharpened!

I was hesitant to purchase after seeing several reviews saying the tip is all you get. Not the case! I sharpened this using a regular eyeliner pencil sharpener from Revlon. If you weren't able to use the entire product, you'd only be able to get one or two applications out of the pencil. It glides on easily and is comfortable to wear. The pink is sparkly and less purple than advertised.

  • Very good product...goes on a bit dark, but can be softened right away with a make up sponge or Q-tip.

  • Not long-lasting as advertised

I really enjoy this liner

It’s super pigmented, but I will say it isn’t good for long wear as it comes off and smudges; It isn’t as pigmented/dark after a while due to this but for the price and how much you get you can’t beat it.

My favorite eyeliner

This is literally my favorite eyeliner and I’ve tried a lot. Color payoff is amazing and it doesn’t smudge off will stay on all night. It does need a sharpener but other than that it’s so easy just one swipe.

  • Love the color I usually wear brown with my brown eyes but this pencil really makes my eyes pop

  • Can melt in warm temperatures

Long wearing, but it has to be sharpened

As many others have said, no complaints about the actual eyeliner, for me it’s a 5 star liner easily. Long wearing, stays in place all day, but…and it’s a BIG BUT, it doesn’t feed up like a normal retractable. It has to be sharpened, and I’m not happy about putting it’s plastic casing through my sharpener. Great eyeliner but a packaging design disaster.

Very easy to use,smudge resistant, and long lasting. Sharpening wastes a lot of product and point is never pointed like when it’s new.

Poor design on applicator

Good product but when I tried to extend to a new tip since I had worn it down through use, there was no clear way to do that. The end that looked like it should turn to extend the tip was stuck shut. I knew that there was more in there and that it was not intended for one or two uses, since I had used a similar product that twisted to get a fresh tip. Bad design.

It won't smudge if you wear it for more than 10 hours it may need a little touch up

It is a good product you have to sharpen and it's not mechanical and the liner does not come out as you use it you have to push it out.

No way to move product up

Basically, there is maybe a quarter inch of a pencil nub, then there is no way to move the product up. It's plastic so you can't sharpen it. I tried to turn the bottom part. It does not rotate. I tried sticking in something to push it up, this dose not work either. I love nyx, but skip this product. It was a waste of money.

Wonderful until you have to sharpen.***EDIT! PROBLEM SOLVED!***

Great color and long wear. Sadly after the point wears down you have to sharpen it and then the liner is surrounded by a sharp edge that is very easy to scratch yourself with. **EDITED!** Use the Nyx brand sharpener and it sharpens perfectly! No more throwing them away. Sharpener is here for less than $5.00.

You CAN sharpen this eyeliner pencil

I've seen many complaints about this eyeliner pencil, saying that the user was not able to sharpen it. I thought the same when I first used it, but read 5 star reviews and learned that you can!The pencil is not the typical wood base - it is made of a more waxxy material. You can use your regular eyeliner sharpener and doesn't clog.I love this pencil. It doesn't smudge and washes off easily.

My favorite eyeliner!

Glides on easily with great color. This is my 2nd color to buy. Plan to buy others. When I sharpen it, it is slightly hard to get the plastic smooth, but I still love this eyeliner.

Not a roll up, must sharpen

I like the color and it stays on well. Good for the smuggy look. I do not like sharpening an eye pencil, I have no luck getting a nice sharp point. Will not order again.

Bronzy taupe shimmer great for under bottom lash

This stuff is amazing. Glides on smoothly. Doesn’t run or smear. Looks fantastic on and received a bunch of compliments. It’s hard to find a "lighter” medium shade for my bottom lash line. It’s sultry 😉 A+ in my books.
