I like that it has so many features! It's easy for restaurants owners who are not computer savvy, or don't have time during busy hours/weekends - as they can run their business remotely from home at night while still keeping track in one place without having multiple programs open all day long (or forgetting something!). I like that it allows you see all your information in one place, which makes things easier when looking at reports or invoices for example! The customer service has been great so far too as well - they have helped us with any issues we've had since signing up over 3 years ago now (that's quite some time!).
