Snow, rain and/or wind, my Forest School students dressed in Oakiwear are undoubtedly much more comfortable than their friends.

I help/direct the Montessori Peace Centers Forest School in Bellingham, Washington, a non-profit Montessori school whose mission is to help families who cannot afford preschool/childcare. Great Rain & Snowsuit

Bought this a month ago for an exuberant 4 year old in very rainy condition. He's been using it most days of the week ever since. I got it one size bigger and it fits as expected. I love this rain suit! It fell and shuffled across the floor, but it wasn't torn or frayed. It has enough freedom of movement to run, throw, climb and kick without adding bulk. Sturdy construction, will last for years.

I bought two of these suits. Size 8/9 for my 6 year old who is 49 inches tall and 52 pounds. It suits him absolutely perfectly. Unfortunately I don't think it will last another season because it's so big and the inseam is already snug, but I can say it's well made to last for years and I can pass it on to the younger brothers and pass on to sisters. .The other I bought is a size 5 for my 4 year old whose exact sizes I don't have on hand but is a bit small for his age (40th percentile) and a…
