The best Oakely sunglasses I've ever owned

I know I've heard bad things about moving to China and switching craftsmanship, but I honestly think they're as good as any pair I've bought in the last 25 years. The quality of the lenses is excellent. I went from the old 90's E-Wires to Whisker and Square Wires. From a fashion point of view I will miss the teardrop shape of the old lipsticks, but from a functional point of view you get much better coverage and I get a lot less light around the edges. They contour my face perfectly. They weigh

I love these sunglasses

This is my third pair of Oakley and my second pair of Iridium. The first two framesets were broken or damaged beyond repair, but don't let that put you off. I beat my sunglasses to death so I'm amazed they lasted so long. I wear prescription glasses, so I'm constantly switching between regular glasses and Oakleys on sunny days. I carry them in my pocket and they turn on 20-30 times a day. And I'm an optometrist's nightmare; with one hand (I rip off my glasses with one hand and stuff them in my…

Not really. Stick with the Target brand.

These are fakes. It's close, but for those who wear Oakleys for a long time, it's fair to say that these are good fakes. I posted pictures but you can tell by three main features. Weight (too heavy for the real item), lens lettering is slightly crooked and the letter P for polarization differs from the font of the real item), the lettering on the inside of the temple (W is off). Good. that they are fake if they cost $20 and not at that price. It also came in a crappy box - another free…

I think it's a fake Oakley

I used to have several pairs of Oakleys. at least 9-12 pairs and i have loved this brand my whole life and have been extremely loyal. Well if this particular sunglass is a real Oakley then I'm very disappointed in them, they're heavy, the frames are uncomfortable and feel too "tight". " and it doesn't fit my face like all the Oakleys I've had. The lens doesn't look right and feels too heavy on my face. I really don't think it's a genuine product as even the packaging it comes It looks very…

Get them in Prizm Black Polarized though!

EDIT AGAIN: Back to 5 stars! Time for a humble cake. I forgot I did this review but I have since bought TWO pairs of square wires (different lenses) claiming they were useless. As for the "they cracked my head" case? Yes, they are metal, they bend a little. Can't speak to this particular seller as it seems some people have had issues but the Square Wire frames themselves are versatile, look great and if I had to settle for one pair of sunglasses it would be the Square Wires with black polarized

Preserved used glasses

I received my sunglasses in the mail today and as soon as I opened the box from Oakley I knew I wasn't going to be happy. First, there was no Oakley warranty card. Upon examining the sunglasses, I noticed that the small sticker indicating the lenses were polarized had been removed and placed in the plastic sleeve on one of the arms. The lens was dirty and the hinges were very loose. It was obvious to me that I had received a returned item that someone else had used. If I pay a lot of money for…

Looks like fake Oakley sunglasses

I would put zero if possible. First, there is no Oakley warranty card in the box. Second and foremost, I believe these are fake. Lenses are not polarized as described. I've spent a few days on the street with a lot of glare and my eyes are burning, it takes a lot of eye drops to calm them down. I've tried rotating to induce polarization on several subjects and it never blocked the light. Another complaint; It just doesn't have spring hinges to allow for better outward flexing like my Oakley…

Great sunglasses on Sunglasses & Eyewear Accessories

I'm not usually an Oakley fan because I don't like the straight arms on them. But tried this because they looked smooth. And I have to admit, they're really cool. Very convenient. Light. And unobtrusive, close to the face. It annoys me a little that my eyelashes touch the glass a little. Maybe it's me, my lashes. But definitely inconspicuous, close to the face. And full coverage. Fit and comfort are of course subjective. If you have FREE RETURN, give it a try.
