Difficult to put on and take off

Does not open fully, difficult to reach. I'm medium height so my hands are medium sized. I barely got my hands on the thing. It's a struggle to charge it. There are other metal strips that open fully and use a magnetic closure. I would not recommend this product if you wear medium or large gloves.

As expected

The group I received is slightly different from the one in the photo. Mine only has 1 magnet and is made to not slip off easily. I love it! I ordered a different color and the one that arrived had a double magnet design and came off easily. I returned it. I'm not sure why I got what I did on my first order, but I'm very happy with it. I hope to find the same design again and buy all the colors.

Beautiful but always well received

I like the way it looks; However, after a few weeks, one side of the strap continues to fall out of where it connects to the Fitbit. Not sure if it's just me or how they're even made. I will ask for a replacement and will let you know how it works in a month. Oh and one more thing, I have a small wrist and I have to open the strap all the way to put it on my hand. I'm not saying you can't put it on if you have a big hand, but I know how difficult it is trying to snap mine back when it's still…
