One of the pieces packaged in the middle of the box had a corner damage so it was not damaged in transit and one plastic piece had a broken corner. We were in a hurry and couldn't wait for parts so we'll live as is. It took a long time to assemble but once assembled the unit was solid and worked perfectly. I scratch my head why only two legal to letter converters were included when you need four to convert both drawers.

I bought two of these filing cabinets. Because I want to use it to store stationery and other supplies. I reinforced the bottom of the drawers with wooden planks. This made each of the boxes very durable. They glide great. You can only open one drawer at a time to prevent tipping. Great feature. Each assembly took about an hour. The look of the closet is great. They are in my laundry room and match the rest of the kitchen cabinets.

This is a quality product. Allow a few hours from start to finish to put it together. I made it myself (62 year old female, very active lifestyle) I have it in my office at work (there are 2 of them!) and I love them. The only negative (and that's my fault) I stepped on one of the drawer's locking parts and managed to break it. This is a beautiful filing cabinet that I have wanted for my office for over a year. Almost five hours after we started, we can't pull out the bottom drawer for anything. We can get the top drawer and yes we know the drawer lever that can only open one drawer at a time and that's not a problem. Several pre-drilled holes are misaligned, resulting in the screws going in at an angle. Finished drawer fronts leave a wider gap on one side and, contrary to the instructions, cannot be leveled sufficiently by "adjusting".
