It seems that Revain has had several complaints about this issue. So why are they still selling it? I am a 73 year old woman living alone, and I do not have the ability or the tools to drill new holes. 👎😤

This product which should have taken 10 min. to assemble, took over 1/2 hr. Alignment of holes were incorrect on the handle attachment which one cannot determine until most of the item is put together. Because I am a senior, needed this item badly, my son drilled new holes to make the handle fit. He is from lives over 50 miles away and came to help me with this product and something else. Neighbors sick or on vacation so my only time to get it done. A senior would definitely need someone else…

Holes for grip handle bar are drilled in wrong position. Too bad, it's a sturdy stool but it's easier to keep than send back. I will just use it without the bar. Maybe I can get someone to drill the holes for me later.

I am hard to assemble missing parts sturdy ones you figure out how to put together directions very confusing That's my feedback.

Love it steady. Reaching up great. Ordered more for my family. Getting on and off high Matress bed. Assembly is not difficult but watch out for correct size screws where they go before assembly if not see yourself unassembling back and forth because screws don’t fit. That’s all. But it strongly recommended. Very safe and steady around the house. I love it

Good product. I am disabled and how it is much easier to get things out of a cabinet to reach for something. The only bad feature is the handle is not adjustable. I wish it was a little higher as it is hard for me to bend my back. Very sturdy.

I purchased this item to use after my surgery. It has been a great help getting in and out of bed. Sturdy and easy to assemble.

I bought this to get up into my bed. I am getting older and shorter with bad knees. I bought a new comfy thick mattress and I cannot sit on the side of the bed and touch the floor. Now getting into bed is easy and I am steady with my handrail step stool. Loving it.

My house has a deep step in tub that I am having difficulty stepping into and out of with right hip and knee issues. This is a great assistance for me.

It is small, really wobbly, and nearly impossible to assemble. I feel bad about having purchased such a piece of garbage!

Appears sturdy, step is somewhat narrow, my size 10 is too big for the step, toes hang over, makes me feel insecure. Assembling was terrible-screws are cheap and you definitely need tools

It is always frustrating to discover that something you have to assemble is impossible to put together. The predrilled holes for the handle are nowhere near where the should be for assembly. Bad design. Hopefully we will be able to drill new holes. The company contacted us and we sent a photo of how the holes didn’t line up with the pegs. They sent out a replacement.It was exactly the same as the first. Duct tape solved the problem.
