Review on Ollieroo Step Stool Steel Support Ladder - 330Lb Capacity, Cushion Grip Handle & Non-Skid Platform (Black+White) by Russell Galbreath

This product which should have taken 10 min. to assemble, took over 1/2 hr. Alignment of holes were incorrect on the handle attachment which one cannot determine until most of the item is put together. Because I am a senior, needed this item badly, my son drilled new holes to make the handle fit. He is from lives over 50 miles away and came to help me with this product and something else. Neighbors sick or on vacation so my only time to get it done. A senior would definitely need someone else to help assemble. Why isn't the base already assembled before shipping and just have to attach handle?I was so mad that I got the one that was not aligned correctly. Aren't they checked before being shipped? I'll tell you why--- because of shipping cost. Yet, the customer has to take their time and someone else's to put this together. I am not a weakling, but could not have done this myself. For the money I paid, I could have gotten something cheaper that works as well in my opinion. Very, very disappointed. Instructions were not the best either.
