I like that it's user friendly, so anyone can use it. Sometimes there are problems with the dashboard or menus not being as easy to navigate when you are using a cell phone vs. a computer. I love that it's so easy to use, even if you have no experience with WordPress or other web development platforms! It takes some time getting used to all of its features but once you get there everything starts clicking into place and becomes very intuitive and user friendly. I love that it's easy to use, has great features like email marketing campaigns! It can be difficult at times if you're not familiar with how things work or are used in other platforms. The customer service team really helps get them through any issues we have as well.
