Simple and effective!

This is one of the cheapest metal brushes and it does what it does, which is hold the brush! It fits my small Edwin Jagger travel brush (19mm knot) loosely about 7/8ths of the way down the top of the handle (see pics) so it can definitely hold a larger brush, maybe up to a 25mm knot depending on handle size. Pros
  • Comfortable and hygienic
Cons
  • I don't have much to complain about, everything is fine

Perfect for small brushes

The Omega #172 brush holder (in hard chrome, model #171 gold plated) is as good as it gets; nice, heavy steel rod, perfect hard chrome plating, immaculate welds, all at a very reasonable price. This way gravity will help dry the brush after washing. If you let the badger hair shaving brush dry while standing bristles up on the base, it will not dry well and the hair will weaken and fall out. A good badger brush doesn't come cheap, so you want it to last as long as possible. For this reason, the stand is a must-buy…

Pros
  • Holds standard shaving brush
