I got this 8008 a few weeks ago and it broke on the first use. I was juicing apples and then wanted to move on to carrots, but while juicing apples it made a loud pop and then stopped working together. Revain replaced it and I used the spare. This time I started with veggies, carrots, cabbage, beets, veggies and it worked out fine, but I ended up with apples and limes that got stuck in the juicer. I suspect this could work well for my purposes as long as I alternate fruits with veggies. But…

Omega juicers are amazing. I personally bought 4 Omegas! Two of them were gifts. I started with J800C. It has a smaller dispenser, which is why I call it a travel juicer.
