Disappointing Hood Pin Experience

After I put it to the test, I found the quality of the hood pin to be poor. The pins were difficult to align and install properly, and the clips were flimsy causing the hood to rattle at highway speeds. The only pro is that the design is aesthetically pleasing.

Really well made and packaged

Everything works great and is very easy to install with the right tools. I like how it looks on my car. i will order more thanks

Great product, just take the M3 nylock nuts and use Loctite on the hood pin locknuts.

Overall a great product. One thing that I think could be improved is that the nuts should be nylon rather than regular nuts. On my first ride I lost 4 nuts out of 6 even though I retorqued them. I went to the local hardware store and bought some M3 nylock nuts. Just returned from a 1000 mile trip and 2 days of rock crawling with no problems. My only suggestion is to use red Loctite on the hood pins and replace the nuts with nylons.
