I love the ability to schedule RFIs and have them be assigned to the correct personnel. I don't like having to fill out the forms over and over again. I wish the software would keep the information and not ask me to re-type it. I have a lot of different RFIs and the software makes it easy to schedule them all. I have a hard time finding RFIs to fill out when they come up on my list. I usually do other things on my computer and forget to fill out the forms.

The best thing about this software was that it has all of our different departments in one place so we can easily access what information or documents are needed to complete any project! It also helps us keep up with everything going on at once by having each department's calendar right there next too their email inboxes allowing me as an admin to see who needs help when I'm not available myself (and vice versa).
