Ideal for carrying straps for binoculars, cameras and camcorders

td;dr: Works. Buy.Full: Purchased for competitive swimming. Didn't even get a chance to try until the first one. It was awkward to put on, but once the meeting started I completely forgot I had it. Being able to say that something takes a backseat and just does its damn job is the highest praise I can ask for. It just works. My back still hurt after 4 hours but not as bad as it used to. Maybe not much more than if I just stood there for 4 hours. I tested the clamps thoroughly before using them.

Great mount for two cameras!

I have an OP/Tech system for my two main cameras, usually one DSLR with a 70-200mm 2.8 lens and the other DSLR with either a 17-50mm 2 lens, 8 or Lens 28-75mm 2.8. I use this dual belt for every event I shoot, along with a Think Tank belt system with pockets. I love the Op/Tech quick release mount, plus I can wear it with my cameras and feel comfortable shooting all day. Op/Tech makes amazing products that are very well made and very functional. I also have two other Op/Tech straps if I'm just…

comfortable and quality construction

As an event photographer, I have to wear this strap with two cameras, but it works well if you only have one. I have other op/tech photo supplies and they never fail; always comfortable and well made. So when I needed a dual mount, I turned back to the Op/Tech line. And it was the design that gave me confidence in the purchase. With proper setup, your camera cannot accidentally detach from the strap like other brands with clips etc. can. Most importantly, it doesn't use a tripod screw as an…

Pros
  • feels good
Cons
  • high price

I shoot a few events and use regular neck straps. I have two APS-C bodies that I use with overlapping zooms: 18-105 and 70-300 which is 105-450. Each lens weighs more than the body, especially the big 70-300 at 2 pounds. They weigh about 5 pounds total with all the weight on my neck, get tangled, get dirty, bump into each other and sometimes miss a frame because I couldn't take apart a camera fast enough. I read the reviews. I mainly read 1 and 2 star reviews to find out what people think badly

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Some little things

Great price, great product

I was looking for a good way to carry two cameras. I'm new to dual shooting and wasn't sure if this would work for me so didn't want to spend too much. The 3 candidates for me were RS DR-1 Double Strap, Cameraslingers CF-FS or Cotton Carrier. I started reading about it and looking at pictures, videos and anything else I could find. I'm really a fan of the single point of connection to the camera and I use my tripods a lot so I didn't want anything blocking the quick connection at the bottom of…

Pros
  • understandable even for the elderly
Cons
  • clarity

I have used the Op/Tech dual harness for 3 years with mixed feelings. But recently I improved it and now it's great for carrying a camera or two. I like to carry two cameras with me when photographing nature with butterflies, birds, wildflowers and other wildlife. I usually use a Canon 7D Mark II with a 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L II IS lens and a Canon 7D with a 100mm f2.8L IS macro lens or a Canon 24-105 f/4L IS. I often use a gimbal or ball tripod for wildlife or macro photography, so all of my…
