It's very easy to use, it has many options that you can choose from which are customized according to what I need or want in order to run my website efficiently. The price is one of its advantages because this makes sure they keep their costs low compared with other companies who charge more than double prices for almost similar services as well as quality. Amazing Virtual Private Server Solution for low cost

I love that you can start from scratch with no need of any prerequisites which is great when starting up an online business or project such as web hosting, blog sites etc., so much faster than setting them all individually one at time! Not many downsides but if there were some they would be easy fixes like more RAM / bigger hard drive space (which in my case was not available due their size limitations). Good value - easy control panel setup

Support is great, they always seem to be extremely helpful in my case when I'm stuck with something. They offer plenty of support options that include phone call as well and their knowledge base has a tonne of information. When they charge you for something and it doesn't work, it's not refunded. I've had a number of issues come up where they just refuse to provide refunds, even though the service doesn't deliver what it promises.
