Support is great, they always seem to be extremely helpful in my case when I'm stuck with something. They offer plenty of support options that include phone call as well and their knowledge base has a tonne of information. When they charge you for something and it doesn't work, it's not refunded. I've had a number of issues come up where they just refuse to provide refunds, even though the service doesn't deliver what it promises. It's very expensive and you cannot cancel their services at any time. If you need some kind of dedicated server that can do heavy workloads and you don't want VPS because of it's instability then this could be an option. We're running our website and our mobile app from here and also using it to host our internal CMS's. It was pretty stable prior to upgrading to 1 TB SSD so we are able to scale up faster than if we were hosted elsewhere. The customer support is very good, they are always ready with any kind of help needed or questions asked by customers at different times during day time hours as well as night / weekends. I haven't had issues in my experience so far but if you do then contact them right away because their response rate has been great thus far! We use this product primarily for hosting our websites that we develop using PHP & MySQL technology.
