A bit finicky but it solved my problem

I use this for my business to route the signal from my laptop to a projector in the same room when I'm with clients. Been using it all summer so far so good. Twice something went wrong during boot up and I had to turn the whole thing off and on again for both sides to talk to each other. He *definitely* needs line of sight, at least initially. However, once plugged in, there are no hiccups at all. I had no problems when customers were present. You NEED a cable to do this - to power theโ€ฆ

The view works until I try to fast forward or rewind on the cable box

When we observed the signal from the cable box from a distance with this device, it worked, however the image flickered every now and then. It was unwanted, but I think I could handle it. The part I couldn't handle was that when I fast forward or rewind on the DVR, the signal went completely out of sync when the audio was out of sync with the video. The only thing I could do at this point was restart the Orei receiver by unplugging it.

Disturbed. Computer Accessories and Peripherals

To transmit an HDMI signal from a Yamaha receiver to a 16ft projector. Only worked for a very short time initially and had good image quality when it worked. However, this is very buggy and the transmitter gets very hot. I moved the receiver and transmitter so they were in line of sight with no interference and it didn't work. It was so buggy that you couldn't see anything for more than a few minutes. Very annoying. Sent this back for an Orei Pro 4K transmitter and receiver and so far it'sโ€ฆ
