💡 Original OEM Dell LA45NM140 KXTTW Notebook Ac Adapter - Reliable 19.5V 2.31A Charger Review

Exactly what I expected. Exact replacement for my OEM Dell power supply. However, I will say that I have used HP laptops for decades and have never had a power cord that separates the insulation from the DC plug like Dell did. After approximately 18 months of use, the DC plug strain relief insulation has come loose exposing the internal wires. It still works, it just doesn't last. Hope this replacement lasts a little longer.

The pin inside the original laptop adapter connector has broken off. Without them, Dell reduces the charge to avoid damaging the battery. It also slows down the performance of the laptop. FWIW, I also bought a WDX0R laptop battery (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07T54BMPS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). Assembly was easy with the included screwdriver. There are no complaints about the laptop's battery. To know soon how good the battery performance is.

This power supply is exactly the same as the one that came with my Dell Lattitude 5000 13 inch laptop. Even more important is the Elite Servers customer service. When I had an issue with my first device, they immediately replaced the device and added credit for the inconvenience. Wow to have such friendly service. I received this as a replacement for my Dell Inspiron 15 7573. It's slightly different from my original, but seems to work.
