I like that it is very easy for me as an administrator of our server farm with many servers in different locations around the world (in various states) to manage them all from one place - no more having to go out into each location! It's also nice because this allows us remote access via VPN or SSH if we need too without needing someone physically present at every site. The UI could use some work but overall not anything major. We had multiple vendors we were working through before finding someone who understood what we wanted for development of this project. They also helped guide me when I got stuck along my journey from beginning-to end. The best thing about my job is that I am able to help other people learn new technology which has enabled me to create many friendships across different departments of our organization within just the past few months.
