Can You Flip Them? Why didn't anyone think of that? It's amazing how it works. Cut well and efficiently. Even if it "doesn't" last that long, you're getting as much for the price that the mainstream brands are selling you. They last a year if you use them every day.

I like the idea of a double edged blade. they cut well. last about as long as other brands but have the convenience of two heads on one blade. The only downside is that you have to take the blades apart and flip them. little work but worth it for the price. Overall a good knife for the price

Absolutely AMAZING! You will find the best value. I'm not sure why they don't make double edged blades forever. When I originally bought them I figured that even if the blades aren't that good, you get so many of them that it doesn't matter.
