Terrible pack! The worst.

My daughter wanted to use it when we go camping. I usually carry whatever we need/want in my Osprey Tempest, but she had to carry her own water. No matter how we regulate it, it will dig into her and hurt her. The drinking tube should stay in place with a magnet. He doesn't stay down. The slightest movement leaves your bite valve on the floor, dirty and causing you to trip because there is now a hose dangling beneath your feet. Very disappointing! Terrible product!

Great hydration bag that you won't realize you're wearing.

I've done a lot of research on hydration bags even with a cheap backpack from Walmart. Although the backpack works, it caused me so much lower back pain that I looked for something else. I read a few pages and settled on this bag. I put it on on my first ride and didn't even realize it was there. You'll have to make small adjustments as you drink more water, but that's okay. This bag has plenty of room for tools and snacks in the side/back pockets. I'm a tall guy and was able to easily adjust…

The "belt " of money that slides further below your waist.

Wouldn't buy again or recommend. Thought the transition from backpack style to fanny pack would go well with cycling. NO. The fit is terrible, it feels like a big bubble right above the galley. When filling with water and basic equipment, you have to lean forward to fix it so that it doesn't fall to the ground. After putting it on, it has to be pulled very tight so that it doesn't hang too low. It also makes it difficult to mount a mountain bike when hitting the front of the saddle. If you sit,

Hydrator hose hangs dangerously low over the rear wheel

I really wanted to like this product. As an avid mountain biker, I use the CamelBak Mule to carry my tools and water. I was interested in getting the backpack off my back and this product seemed like a great solution. There are two issues with the design: 1) If you use a dropper seatpost, you will find that the hydration tube hangs dangerously low on the rear wheel and sometimes rubs or snags on the rear tire 2) Even with minimal loads (phone, wallet, keys , multi-tool, small pump) the backpack

Pros
  • All right!

  • I don't really dislike it, everything is fine

Still needs a lot of work

I tried a previous version of this and it was extremely underperforming. It was hoped it would be better, and while it's improved slightly over the previous iteration, it still needs a lot of work. Like its predecessor, it primarily suffers from having too much bounce to use effectively in mountain biking, to the point where it's extremely annoying. The double compression straps do little for stabilization and the backpack sags too much when riding. They don't fit on the hip for a grown man and

Osprey Seral 7 is a safety hazard and horribly designed in every way

I don't think I've ever been this disappointed with anything I've ever bought and certainly nothing I've ever bought. taken for cycling. Do not order this package from Osprey. First, it's a security risk. You are literally risking your life trying to wear this while riding a bike. I can't believe it's even legal to sell this pack. The magnet holding the drinking tube to the packaging comes loose with so much misjudgment, causing the tube to squirm wildly and quickly slide into the spokes of my…
