Description of OTC Universal Puller Wet Type Sleeves

This tool removes cylinder sleeves faster than ordinary pullers because it requires little setup time - cone adjustment positions puller jaws quickly then locking bar is tightened - ready to go. To break 'frozen' sleeves loose, adjustable bridge is positioned on the cylinder block then bearing-mounted forcing nut is tightened. Next, bridge is removed and slide hammer assembly is attached - with a few sharp hammer blows from the 5 lb. hammer, sleeve is pulled - an average of less than 2 minutes per cylinder in most cases. Does not require any special adapters to pull sleeves due to adjustable jaw design; adjustable jaws allow use on cylinder sleeves ranging from 3 inches to as large as 6-1/2 inches in diameter. High-grade materials ensure quality performance over the lifetime of the tool; comprehensive instructions included.

Job Done: Jaw Puller

Got the bushings I will say that. 3 of them broke. I would probably buy a different puller if working with tight fitting liners. I've done my job but I have to admit I'm a bit disappointed with the OTC product.

Excellent value for money

Must give an A++ rating. Received the item 3 days after ordering, 5 days earlier than expected. Outstanding quality for the price. Perfectly packed. We look forward to future offers. Many Thanks.

Good delivery. The part broke just before the first liner was removed

Not happy with it. When the bearing was first pulled out, the bearing fell out and didn't stay in place. After that it was a nightmare to use. Without hearing, everything becomes 100 times more difficult. Bad sign. Never touched the hammer, only used two keys. After spending almost $600 on a liner puller you think it will last and not break. The inserts 3406b pulled out. If you want something that will give you a big headache, buy it. If not, spend your extra money and buy something else. Bad…
