Excellent Stock Management System & Reporting Tool

I like how you can see your stock levels for products, customers etc very easily with this programme as it's so easy to navigate around once installed! The only thing that was not good about OtoSoft at first install (and still sometimes) seems buggy when loading product lines or even adding new ones - but we have now sorted out those problems by doing some research into what other people are using/seeing before us- which has made life much easier!! Great tool if used correctly; just make sure…

  • Clear layout / navigation structure
  • e g being able yo load up customer info from any department really fast !!!! And then be prompted straight back down through all relevant data points again.
  • Able access various important functions suchs oas entering orders , tracking items ect..etc..ect.
  • All done via web browser

Online cloud inventory software (B2b)

The best thing about this tool to me was it's ability for user friendly, easy navigation with its good graphic representation that helps us understand our product better with ease. I would like more functionality than what they have now but overall i think their are many tools out there which can be used as similar alternative so you should pick one depending upon your needs & budget range!
