It's easy to use - very user friendly! We are able to easily communicate with our team members via email or phone calls when needed. There isn't much you can dislike about this program in my opinion (other than perhaps not having certain features that other programs offer). I like that they are very knowledgeable in all areas of law pertaining to real estate transactions. They have great staff members who understand how important it is to provide quality service. The only thing I dislike about them is their billing process which can be slow at times. Make sure you get everything in writing from the beginning so there aren't any surprises later down the road.
