📱 OtterBox COMMUTER SERIES Case for iPhone 11 - Mint Way Surf Spray/Aquifer Review

I love otter boxes. I chose a lighter color (mint). It was very cute when I first received it. However, within a week a black-brown ring formed around the edges. It's such a waste. I just put my phone in my pocket so this shouldn't have happened. Wouldn't buy again.

This is not the commuting case that was formerly used on older iPhone models. The case is very slippery and has lost some of the grip and protection I bought this case for. After using these for a few weeks and almost missing drops due to lack of grip, I will have to spend more money on another case. Please bring back the old suitcase!

I've been using Otter Box Commuter cases for years since I got my first smartphone and I'm perfectly happy with them! Firstly, it makes the smooth and slippery surface of the phone easier to grip and therefore reduces the risk of falling. I also like the fact that there is a small lip around the screen and camera lenses as I can place the phone face up or face down, avoiding potential scratches caused by laying the screen or lenses directly on the surface.

I'm not picky about my phones but I drop them sometimes like everyone else. I had the case for less than 6 months, the hard case has cracks and the corner is completely knocked out. The corner broke after about 3-4 months. The phone also sometimes slips out of the hard shell. I like the color and the look but expect more from the Otterbox and the price paid. Edit: Goes a star. The hull broke in many places. My daughter has the same iPhone 7 case. Both are cracked and broken. Don't waste money.

I have had this case for my previous phone for 4 years now. I may be one of the clumsiest women in the world. I have NEVER had my phone cracked despite dropping it several times a day. This case has a hard shell on the outside of a soft. Dropping it will damage the hard case, so while the phone is shock absorbent, it doesn't cushion the fall like other OtterBox cases. No screen protector - Too bad I didn't realize that before buying (you have to pay extra for a screen protector). I got this case for my new green iPhone 11 as the protection is much greater and it only comes in boys or girls colors (Black, Gone Fishing and Camo or Pink and Purple Woohoo) unless you spend $70 to make your own on the Otterbox website.
